There are outer cylindrical surface, inner cylinder, plane and work molding surfaces in the basic parts injection mold. In order to process an outer surface to a certain accuracy and surface roughness, it can be processed through several different ways. These different ways have a close relationship with processing route, the processing route and processing methods to achieve the economic accuracy and roughness. Processing route of each procedure are proposed for the process before a certain accuracy and surface roughness, a process which is itself based on the former to further improve the surface machining accuracy and reduce the surface roughness, and finally reach the requirements of part surface processing.
