Two-color molds are divided into two kinds:

Two-color molds are broadly divided into two kinds: False-color and True color

1. The false-color die-color and false color is the first beer out of a product, then the beer out the product is set into the mold in another whole set of yet another product! 

2. The true-color die-color, true color is divided into two separate two-color and mixed color bell: two independent colors are made on the same machine usually through the replacement of the former model to be completed, (by rotating the mold), a two-color mode needs two sets of molds made of the same mold to do the latter two, each doing a different set of  the first model, two sets of mold requires the ability to swap and mixed-color.  Just using a set of mold would require special presses.  The principle is to merge two separate nozzle into one and through a separate control of each injection nozzle,  various parameters to achieve the color mixing effect can be achieved. 

Understanding what is two-color molds and what are their characteristics? 

(A) two-color injection molding machine molds need to match. 

(B) More rotating body or the more upper and lower sliding mechanism. 

(C) The former mode are different, the latter model is the consistent. 

(D) Pay attention to the cylinder or other power applications. 

(E) Requires high precision
